TO BE A 26 UNITY AGENT TO PROMOTE, MARKET, AND SELL THE COMPANY'S PRODUCTS, ONE MUST ABIDE TO CORPORATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWED:

1. Registering agent is required to fill up personal details as listed above as well as provide front and back photos of self-identification card/ passport to 26 UNITY. In addition, 26 UNITÝ is the subsidiary group of Claira Global.

2. To maintain a good corporate reputation, products will be sold at a uniform price and one must not alter the price without authorization. Moreover, all agents must not market and sell all 26 UNITY products in any third party platforms or online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada and so forth without any permission.
2. 1.We would like to remind all Distributors that the terms and conditions in the distributorship agreement are meant to allow the company to protect all Distributors interest, by no having below retail prices product to appear in the market without prior company approval. We urge all our Distributors to be reminded to keep the prices fair as agreed in the Distributorship agreement and we will not hesitate to take legal action against those in breach of our contract.
2. 2. This Agreement does not constitute an employment relationship. The Agent acts as an independent contractor.

2. 4.All agents are obligated to abide by all rules and regulations proposed by 26 UNITY. If there is any breach or jeopardization of corporate reputation of 26 UNITY, the company will have all rights to suspend or terminate agent's status as well as take legal action towards the agent. Compensation fees up to USD10,000 will be imposed.

3. The Agent agrees to:
a) Follow all pricing policies and avoid undercutting the Company’s prescribed retail prices for their assigned country or territory.
b) Use only approved marketing materials, product images, and descriptions.
c) Avoid making false, misleading, or unverified claims about the products.
d) Refrain from disclosing confidential information, including customer lists and business strategies.
e) Maintain professional and respectful conduct with customers and other agents.
f) Not engage in activities that may damage the Company’s reputation.

4. All orders must be processed according to the Company’s ordering system.
4. 1. All orders will be processed and shipped only after full payment has been received.

5. The Agent shall keep all Company information strictly confidential during and after the termination of this Agreement.

6. The Agent shall not use the Company’s brand names, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without written approval, except for approved promotional purposes.

7. The Company may terminate immediately if the Agent breaches the rules or engages in unethical or illegal activities.
